Not a Card - Sammy

Good morning all, Sammy here with another project for you.

I was so excited about the Not a Card theme, as I love to alter things and make decorations and such as well as cards. So, seeing as it's almost St Andrew's day, I chose a lovely Celtic frame design from our sponsor Delicious Doodles and made this:
